Our experienced kitchen team, which have been creating gourmet delights for our guests for many years, enchants you every day anew with very special culinary delights. The basis of their dishes is formed by carefully selected products from the region, which soon transform into tasty dishes. Traditional, down-to-earth specialities are served as well as light Mediterranean dishes. Whether you are a vegetarian, lactose-free, or gluten-free, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in Racines/Ratschings to the fullest. Keeping up with the times also plays an important role in our kitchen. That’s why we have the right recipe for every season: tasty asparagus dishes in spring, refined creations with mushrooms and chanterelles in summer, and delicious game dishes in autumn. An appropriate wine belongs to an extraordinary meal. On our extensive wine list, you will find fine wines from South Tyrol, from Italy, and from around the world.
