Arrival and departure

The rooms and family rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and family rooms by 10:30 a.m.
 

Reservation
The reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit of 20% of total amount (at least 100.00 euros per room).
You will find our bank details and links for the online-payment and Paypal on our Option-reservation,
which you receive after the acceptance of our offers.

Payment methods
We accept cash, debit- and credit cards (American Express and Diners Club are not accepted) or instant bank transfer.

Tip! – Only for direct bookings

If you pay the remaining amount in Cash you will receive a discount of 3% for the accommodation price (minus the deposit) 

or

by payment in advance (banktransfer), you will receive a discount of 1% on the arranged price.

Cancellation terms

For cancellations up to 21 days before the start of the holiday, there are no further costs.

For cancellations within 20 days to 8 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the arrangement price, minus the deposit.

If you cancel your holiday within 7 days or less before your arrival, the arrangement price will be charged with 90% - minus the deposit.

Something can always happen before you start your journey.
At the Sporthotel Kalcherhof in Racines/Ratschings for direct bookings you have the possibility to postpone,
within 14 days before the start of the holiday, your trip free of charge to another specific date within a year beginning from the cancellation date.

If you depart early, the full balance will be charged. In the case of group reservations,
the arrangement price for those people who do not arrive despite reservation will be set off against the rest of the group.

Please understand that we will not refund your deposit in the event of cancellation.
 

Cancellation insurance
Life doesn't always go according to plan.
Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance of your choice,
which provides you with financial security in the event of cancellation due to illness
before arrival or premature departure.
 

Rates
Our rates are per person and night including a rich breakfast buffet, rich dinner menu,
cake buffet in the afternoon and weekly activeprogramme.
If you stay alone in a double room or family room, we charge a surcharge of 30%.
You can also book accommodation with breakfast only.
In this case, we deduct 15.00 euros from the half board price.
Our room rates are dynamically adjusted based on demand, season, and availability.
Our tip: by booking early or staying flexible with your travel dates, you can often
benefit from particularly attractive rates.

Tourist tax
In South Tyrol, visitors have to pay the local tourist tax.
This is 3.00 euros per night for travellers aged 14 and over.
It is important to present a valid travel document (identity card or passport) for children under 14 years of age.
 

Free Parking and Charging Stations

Our hotel offers a spacious outdoor parking area located directly in front of the buildings for our guests.
It is free of charge and easily accessible, therefore no reservation is required.
In addition, guests traveling with an electric vehicle can conveniently charge their car directly at the hotel.
We offer 2 charging stations with a power output of 11 kW each at a cost of € 0.55 per kWh.
 

Dogs/cats
At Sporthotel Kalcherhof, we have a special place in our hearts for animals.
We will be happy to welcome your dog/cat to our hotel after consultation.
We ask for your understanding that your little darling may not accompany
you into the diningroom or the wellness and pool area.
Costs: 19.00€ per day/dog/cat

Internet
In all our buildings, you can surf the web free of charge using our Wi-Fi system.
 

Children’s rates
Our children’s discounts are valid for children staying in the room of their parents’ (2 full-paying guests) double room or in a family room. 

Reduction for children

• 0 up to and including 3 years = 19 €/day
• 4 up to and including 6 years -50%
• 7 up to and including 13 years -40%
• 14 up to and including 16 years -30% 
• From the 17^th birthday, adult prices apply.
